Imphal, July 02:
The Anal Students' Union has accused of Dr Ibomcha of Chakpikarong Primary Health Centre (PHC) for swindling Rs 75,000 meant for maintenance of the PHC.
A statement issued by the student body further alleged that the same doctor has also fraudulently withdrawn maternity meant for mothers giving birth there at the PHC.
The Union disclosed that attendance of the doctor to his office per month stands at about 20 percent out of the total working days.
In case Dr Ibomcha fails to reimburse the maternity fund and the PHC maintenance fund he had allegedly swindled within seven days, his pay will be held up and he should bear the responsibility for any untoward consequence, warned the student body.
