Imphal, December 26 2009: Imphal East district police commandos arrested one PLA woman activist from Palace Gate on December 26.The cadre has been identified as Khundrakpam Chandrajini alias Echal Tombi (23) d/o Baruni of Khangabok Khullakpa Leikai.

Seven written documents relating to PLA organisation were recovered from her, said a press release of Imphal East SP.

In another incident, Imphal East district police commandos nabbed another PLA woman cadre from her residence on December 24.She has been identified as Mongjam (N) Louriyam (O) Bimolata alias Ibemma w/o Jayanta of Nongada Khunjao.

Troops of 28 Assam Rifles arrested a PULF (Azad) cadre, identified as Yumkhai Rajit Khan (24) s/o Y Tomai Khan of Thambaikhong Mayai Leikai on December 25.He has been handed over to Porompat police station, said a press release of PRO Hqs IGAR (S).
