Imphal, February 10: Tala Pamel Nahaksu, a book written by internationally renown Manipuri theatre personality Ratan Thiyam was released during a function at The Shrine, the playhouse of Chorus Repertory Theatre, Shamushang, Kangchup Road here today morning.

Lyricist B Jayentakumar Sharma and writer Nongthombam Kunjamohan Singh graced the function as chief guest and guest of honour respectively.

Speaking of his book, Ratan Thiyam said it is based on his day-to-day experiences of life.

He also appealed to all the people not to hesitate in pointing any flaw that may be found in his book.
