Imphal, March 25:
After the successful completion of the first batch of paramedic course in June last year participated by 11 girls and buoyed by the notable contribution made by these paramedics in the field of basic health care and maternity service in the remote areas of the State, a second such course conducted by the Leimakhong based Red Shield Division under the MCA programme concluded today, informed a PIB (DW) statement.
In conjunction with the successful completion of their course, each of the trained paramedics were provided first aid kits with all essential equipment, instruments, drugs, dressing material and a home delivery kit bag to assist in normal delivery.
