Imphal, June 26: Reacting to the press statement of one Amstrong Kuki, the KLA Tactical Hqs Zion Camp, in a press release issued by Information and Publicity secretary Malsawm Kuki, has clarified that Mangcha Kuki had never been a bonafide KLA cadre except he might have been used by deceased leader Letkholun on one or two occasions in the past.

Disclosing that Mangcha Kuki had stayed away from the outfit since June 1 this year, it maintained that he has no authority and rights to say anything in connection with the organisation regarding whose group should be legitimate KLA and whose group should not be.

All matters relating to KLA shall be in the hands of KLA like before and nobody else is authorised to say or do anything in any manner in future.

Mangcha Kuki or anybody can write or might have written anything but that is not binding to KLA for the outfit has not authorised anybody to do so, concluded the release.

The outfit further clarified that G Loveson alias Boy is the outfit's project officer and not Milan alias Jack Meitei, informed a press release issued by the Information and Publicity secretary of KLO/KLA Malsawm Kuki.

He further appealed to all Government Departments and concerned officers to cooperate with project officer G Loveson alias Boy in all project matters of the outfit.
