Imphal, September 25: While clarifying that widespread violence at the four polling stations of Charhajare on Sep 19 was not agaist any particular community but it was people's uprising against the evil design of the Govt in introducing the Panchayat system where Autonomous District Council is already enforced, Thadou Students' Association, Sadar Hills has categorically stated that the duel system of administration imposed by the Govt in Sadar Hils is a great challenge to the rights of the hill people.

Condemning use of violent force allegedly by the Govt sepoy in blackfiring, beating up innocent people, etc, to suppress the legitimate rights of the people, TSA also appealed to the Government to look into the matter.

Otherwise TSA will no longer remain a mere spectator, president of the student body Lamminlun Singsit said in a statement.
