Imphal, April 19: Dismissing the press statement of April 17 issued by Addy Kuki claiming himself to be the information and publicity secretary of the KLO/KLA, the outfit has denied recognition of the individual.

A press release issued by the outfit's Department of Information and Publicity clarified that the existing information secretary Malsawm Kuki has not retired yet.

Stating that Letkhosei alias Seiboi alias Timothy Kuki is a self style leader of the gang of which Addy Kuki is also a member, the outfit accused Letkhosei of turning over 10 cadres of the KLO/KLA (Hundung incident) with sophisticated weapons to the NSCN (IM) for his personnel material gains.

It further disclosed that the KLO/KLA strongly opposes the NSCN (IM) vis-a-vis its Naga integration campaign.

Alleging that Letkhosei is a pseudo revolutionary bereft of any principle but indulging in extortion and abduction for ransom for his own personal interest, the KLO/KLA pledged that it will march forward to recover the properties lost in the Hundung incident and to clinch Letkhosei alias Seiboi alias Timothy Kuki and his cohorts.
