Self Help Vocational Training program at Tamei concludes

Imphal, December 08 2010: The valediction cum exhibition program of the 5th batch of the Self Help Vocational Training Centre (SHVTC) Tamei has successfully concluded.

The program was graced by local MLA N.Awangbow, the official of the 10th Dogra Regiment, Tamei Post, Major Jaideep Singh, Officer Commanding, Bogendro Singh, SDO Tamei, and president of Liangmai Naga Council, Ch Dithinbou as chief guest, guest of honor and officials of the program respectively.

15 certificates were awarded to the trainees as a mark of 10-month long course completion besides various other awards celebrating innovative and incentive skills imparted during the course of the training in the VTC.

N Poukenpon , vice chairman, managing board, SHVTC, Tamei honored the recipients by handing it over during the valediction function.

Rev K Namjin, development director, LNBA (M) and pastor H Kabonang Newmai, TBC, Tamei did the vote of thanks and prayer respectively.
