Imphal, May 08: The proscribed KYKL has denied the report of police that the apprehended Pakpa alias Santosh (30) s/o Joykumar is a project officer of the outfit.

Pakpa was nabbed by Imphal West commandos yesterday from Khagempalli Huidrom Leikai.

Reacting to the police statement, commander of KYKL's special finance team maintained that the apprehended in in no way related to the outfit and there is no one under the name of Pakpa alias Santosh in its list of cadres.
