ZEPADA flays attack on BRO's JCB

Lamka, December 08 2010: The Zomi Economic Development Agency today lambast the alleged burning down a JCB that was deployed by the 80 RCC BRO GREF near Leijangphai village along the Tipaimukh Road in Thanlon sub-division.

The Agency which slams the attack on the central agency said such bizarre and mindless act would not be committed by any sane person.

It further alleges that such an act can only discourage the BRO and derail the process of development in the interior areas.

Requesting the government, particularly the law enforcing agency book the culprit at the earliest and to award them a befitting punishment for preventing recurrence of such incident, in future, ZEPADA also urge on the public to remain vigilance and rendered fullest co-operation to the road constructing agency.
