Meira Paibis condemn bomb attack

Imphal, February 07: Meira Paibis of polling station no.32 of Patsoi AC have come out strongly against action of the unidentified persons who had not only launched firing attack at the residence of Sapam Kunjeshwor alias Keba, an Independent candidate in the ensuing Assembly polls from patsoi AC on three earlier occasions but had also exploded a bomb near the gate of his residence on Feb 5 morning.

Talking to mediapersons in this connection at Tera Sapam Leirak residence of the candidate today afternoon, the Meira Paibis appealed to all concerned to restrain from committing such violent act which created fear and apprehension in the mind of the people and urged all concerned to explain as to why the candidate is being attacked in such manner reapred.
