Imphal, May 28: In connection with the impasse over the car-scooter collision near RIMS gate, a memorandum was signed between the Manipur Chemists and Druggists Association, AMUCO, KSO, Kuki Mothers' Association, Meira Paibi organisations etc under the chairmanship of Chief Minister O Ibobi and his Council of Ministers today.As per the MoU, all the participating parties agreed to resolve the issue taking into account the apology tendered by the party concerned to the family and apology tendered by the authority of 3rd IRB to the party concerned.

Consequent upon the agreement, the proposed bandh/strike on May 29 by KSO has been suspended and the All Manipur Chemists and Druggists Association also agreed to suspend their stir and reopen pharmacies with immediate effect, said a joint press release issued by the different bodies involved in signing the MoU.
