Imphal, February 07: Gold ear rings of three KG students of Bishnupur Public School, Thongjaorok ward number 7 were robbed by some unidentified persons from the school campus yesterday between 8.15 am to 9.15 am, informed a press release issued by MSF.

The kids are identified as Thoudam Bheigyachandra s/o Th Ibomcha of Toubul, Oinam Amisha d/o O Itomba of Bishnupur ward no 7 and Leithanthem Joshitra d/o L Tondon of Khoijuman.

Following complaints by the families of the kids, MSF Bishnupur district launched a search campaign during which the gold ear rings were recovered from a jewellery shop located at Bishnupur Bazar.

Warning all the individuals involved in robbing the kids to give in to MSF Bishnupur District within three days, it asked the school authority to take up effective measures so that such incidents do not recur within the school premises.

Meanwhile, the MSF has convened a meeting tomorrow at 11:30 am at its head office.

As such all the representatives and members of district branches and units have been intimated to attend the meeting on time.
