The road between Pearsonmun and Takvom villages stretching to about 30 kms and constructed under 'One Time ACA' Central assistance has been completed and become functional.
The road stretch inspite of its existence since the last many decades was completely unusable due to lack of repairing works which could have made life for villagers of surrounding areas easier.
ZHRF Greets Zo natives: Zomi Human Rights Foundation, a pioneer organisation in taking up human rights issues amongst the Zo natives today greeted the Zo people around the globe on the eve of its 58th Zomi National Day anniversary.
The Foundation which claimed to represent 69 Zo ethnic groups of India, Bangladesh and Myanmar expressed confidence that the National Day celebration would promote 'emotional, social, economic & political unity; peace and brotherhood' amongst the Zo community.
