In a startling revelation pictures downloaded from the mobile phone handset (sim card) seized by Bishnupur district police commandos after the May 9 Toubul firing incident has authenticated police claim of the victim girl and two arrested persons having unholy alliance with the banned KYKL organisation.
According to press source, the pictures from the mobile phone were projected in a computer set at the Chief Minister's office chamber in full view of representatives of students and civil society organisations today with the contents showing the victim Chureiwon Shithungdang and Th Ramananda in lewd acts among others.
Recounting events leading to the development, the source said members of Tangkhul Katamnao Sak-long (TKS), Democratic Students' Alliance of Mani-pur (DESAM), All Naga Students' Association Manipur (ANSAM) and close relatives of the deceased Chureiwon were closeted with the Chief Minister and other Government representative to discuss on the Toubul Mamang RK Farm incident which had evoked strong criticism and protest from students and human rights organisations.
Those arrested after the firing include Chureiwon's cousin sister Lungreiwon Shithinang and Th Ramananda (20) of Toubul Mamang Leikai.
During the talks that lasted for about two hours, Chief Minister O ibobi, SPF legislatures L Nandakumar, Phungzathang Tonsing, Gaikhangam, Govindas Konthoujam, Bijoy Koijam, Chief Secretary Jarnail Singh, DGP, IG (LO-II), DIG (Range-III) and Bishnupur district SP represented the Government while Rajya Sabha MP Rishang Kei-shing's son Victor Keishing is said to have attended the meeting as negotiator.
In the course of the deliberation, pictures from the mobile phone (9856190711/with camera) recovered by Bishnupur police commandos from near a lake on May 12 were projected to the audience, the source said and added that most of the captured pictures illustrate illicit relationship between Ramananda and Chureiwon.
In addition to Ramananda posing with a sophisticated weapon with a bamboo and polythene covered hut in the background, another unidentifiable female standing near a weapon leaning on the thatch's wall is also seen in the picture frame, it disclosed.
The mobile sim card is said to have been sealed and locked in police custody.

In related development, TKS has informed of its decision to suspend the indefinite bandh along NH-150 in Ukhrul district in view of the agreement with the Government but threatened to relaunch the agitation more intensely in case commitment pledged by the latter do not conform to spirit and ethos of the agreement.
The TKS demands on departmental (police) inquiry to ascertain facts and circumstances leading to the death of Chureiwon, arrest of Lungreiwon, punishment to the guilty personnel, ex-gratia to victim(s) concerned and completion of the entire process within 15 days have been accepted by the Government, added a statement issued by the student body.Meanwhile, Chureiwon's body has been claimed by family members on completion on requisite medical and police procedures at RIMS morgue today.
The entire process was filmed.
It may be recalled that besides imposing Ukhrul district bandh a sit-in-protest was staged here area to protest alleged misconduct of the police commandos.
Lungreiwon and Ramananda, in a press meet attended by members of TKS, DESAM and TIPS last evening, had accused commandos of committing atrocities and forcing them of making manufactured statements in addition to asserting that the three were on sight-seeing of the scenic lake when the police commandos fired indiscriminately killing Chureiwon on the spot.
Working Committee of the Apun ba Lup had also announced cessation of economic activities tomorrow.
Reacting to the police claim on the Toubul incident, the underground KYKL had clarified that the three persons are civilians and have no connection with the outfit.
Newmai News Network adds: ANSAM has urged all its units to be ready for any eventuality in the event of Naga students' agitation against the Govt on the killing of Chureiwon.
ANSAM said that it fully supports the demands made by Tangkhul Katamnao Saklong and other Tangkhul bodies on the May 9 incident in which police commandos had killed Chureiwon.
ANSAM stated that human rights violations and random killings committed by the State forces is increasing by the day.
The Naga student body added that the State forces who should be protecting and safeguarding its citizens have, instead been playing the reverse role by killing innocent people at will.
ANSAM termed the act of the security forces as state sponsored terrorism and urged the Govt to �stop terrorising the people�.
Meanwhile, the Chandel Naga Peoples Organisation (CNPO) and the Zeliangrong Students Union, Manipur (ZSUM) have also expressed strong resentment over the killing of Chureiwon.
The organisations while terming the incident as �act of state sponsored terrorism�, have said that the Government should immediately address demands made by the Naga organisations in this regard or else serious agitations would be mounted against the Manipur Government saying 'enough is enough'.
