Roaring Manipur!

It is the roaring era and the place where people live in hell and heaven. I don’t know what to call exactly hell and heaven in combined. People hope for his fortune to furnish. People say nothing can prevailed against the truth.

Moral force does often overcome the brute force. Considerations of money prevailed with the people. Everything is on sell. Everyone can be purchased. Everyone can be bought.

I am sorry to say the most horrifying place where the true crime, corruption, money, power, politicians meets togethere. I cannot call this alike of Bermuda triangle where the unexplained phenomenon takes place. Haa! Haa!. Now it is the roaring time, and it is the time of over indulge. As far as eyes can see and mind can perceive, there are obstentatious display of wealth and even more lavish display of decadency, unapologetic decadency.

But, does it ever stop? It is the false time in a false place where money becomes everything. The place where politicians, leaders, police, insurgent does the dadagiri and the foolish common people suffer.

And it is the people only who complain after losing the faith. It is the place where false hope is in the air. It is the people who can be fooled easily. It is the place where people have useless brain. It is the people who did not think and no real thinkers were.

It is the people who cries over the low budget pass, without knowing the reasons behind this. As more and more people lose themselves on the lure of money, ironically the only person who remain unaffected is the leader, politician the enigmatic host of all most extravagant parties.

Honestly, I have never been a part of those free big feast organized during the elections. Nobody cares about the consequences. People think about those moment of excitement and their own advantage. Easy money ruins the blood of youth, the educated old and then alienated them from their own valuable self esteemed.

They prefer a sum of Rs. 500 – 1000 to their valuable votes. Who else is responsible for those non local fake voters? Who allows them to cast vote? Who make their identity card, domicile, driving license? The moment of personal advantage were the main cause.

We the people are responsible for our own devils. Why cry for ILP now and then? O gosh! we are fool. Is this climate congenial to the people of Manipur? Who else dreams of changes? The changes you want to see in future.

In this definitive notes on our culture, I chaste a dream against the corrupting influence of wealth, money, power. Are you? If you want to see those changes in future, wake up. You should be the real thinkers and be practical.

We the youth are the vertos, the real transformer, should think and differentiate which approach is right or wrong. So, "Be the changes you want to see in the world.", as Mahatma Gandhi quoted and it is high time to apply it. If not, I am again very sorry to say Manipur is just a black hole. Forget it!
