4] 'Bandh news' will be put up on a website so that people can plan their 'casual leaves' in advance. No two 'bandhs' will be allowed in the same day, the circular states. The search for an appropriate site name and contractors are underway.

9] Various organisations have expressed their unhappiness over gender biasness in naming associations viz., NAMA, IMA, EMA. They have been demading that associations should be 'dual gender' like NAMA-NAPA, IMA-IPA, EMA-EPA.

10] Manipuri internet maichou, Oja Webchou emphasised that new born babies should be named as Naocha_Laishram [not Naocha Laishram] or Ebemma.Hawaibam [not Ebemma Hawaibam] or Krishnachandra-Aribam [Krishnachandra Aribam]. However his idea of suffixing/prefixing numbers [like Naocha_Laishram2000, 2000Ebemma.Hawaibam] was heavily booed down from 'pure mathematicians' for infringement into their subject domain.

11] A 'chat rehabilitation center' (CRC) will soon be opened near DRC (drug rehabilitation center), Langol. It is to cater the ever increasing number of chat addicts in and around 'internet cafes'. Form a research finding of an unidentified NGO, it is said that 'chat-addicts (CA)' and 'drug-addicts (DA)' are mostly mutually exclusive cases. But this was strongly objected by one Miss Hai-jinbi that she she could be addicted to both although not at the same time in a day. Debate continues.
