The air is filled with excitement from the evening.

Every young boys and girls are getting up, dressed with their latest fashion in their traditional dress, may be some of the singles are going to meet their partner for the life.

The young boys posed as gentleman and all the girls flaunt with their beautiful traditional dresses and looked more charming and a glowing face with the heart touching light of the bright moon and glowing tubelights.

All of them started approaching their venue in their locality. The drums started beating and tune of saxophone gives the heart-beat of the moonlight dance (Thabal Chongba) song.

Soon the girls started holding their hands together and started giving unique and uniform dancing style with hands and legs. They swing their hands and legs in a synchronizing manner.

And all the gentleman buzzed around, outside the boundary of the dance area blocked with bamboo poles, looking for their partner to dance with, like a bee buzzing for flower.

Soon after the gentlemen were allowed to inside the zone, one by one, they go near to their favorite partner and ask for their hands.

Those who agree with the boys proposal are happy and content, they soon start into conversation while swinging their hands together. Those girls who donot agree with the boy's proposal were followed by the boy requesting at the girl's side till he give up.

But it is all about the fun and energetic youth feeling for the moments.

Soon the boys and girls come to knew each other and girls keep on making the boys running after them.

It is always a beautiful night with the night filled with moon light and giving a romantic moment for the couple.

The boy took out the girl for impressing by buying some eatables for her so that she can share with her sister or aunties and tell about him.

Yes, that is the spirit of the boys who have big hearts and caring nature.

The real motive for the moon light(Thabal Chongba) dance is to bring out for the enjoyment for the youngster to express their youngness and spirit for the moment.

It is the best opportunity for the youngsters to get a chance to meet their future partner in the observance of their family members.
