Theory Of Partiality
as proposed by Robas on the 31st October, 2008

Robas (Puskor) *

Provided that (I) sum of regularities and irregularities is irregularties ; that is, sum of two partialities is still partialities;

(ii) the observer is so well limited; the same simultaneous attention can not be afforded at two different points, however very close or at a point by two or more sense organs.

(iii) laws are limited and partial, subject to the destined limitation of the observers

(iv) laws of regularities or equalities are different for different stages and conditions ,

(v) and if, massener(mass and energy) is the new complex quantity in the procyclic change to maintain the universe, then,

It is plausible to conclude that there is no emptiness in anything and at any where in the universe on the partiality of changing of massener.

Reasons behind the proposition::

(i) Different things, in the sky, are observed as scattered different planets, different moons, different meteors, different stars, different galaxies at different locations in the assumed universe at our best efforts and to best credit, steadily heaping one knowledge upon another by centuries , more appreciably, from the eighteen century,to understand more and more, depending on the deligent toils of many philosophers and scientists, from the small surface of the earth with the birth of a branch of science , say , astronomy.

Then, invisible things, as oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbondioxide, other oxides, helium, neon, argon have been found in the atmosphere and elements. Iron, aluminium, copper, Na, K, Mn, Mg, Au, Hg, Ni,Co, Ca, Si, Ra, Th, etc. have been discovered from the soil or crust of the earth, from the lithosphere; and their different mixtures, compounds with different compositions and proportions, with different properties, sometimes, similarities, resemblances occurring in the chemistry.

Around the earth and above the globe the different layers of atmosphere are covering up; the stratosphere, the ionosphere, the mesosphere extending in several kilometers, in the different temperatures and conditions.

It is very interesting to observe the domains of biosphere, there are several different diversities, at present, species in millions, millions had been extinct and still millions exist, in different habitants; 9000 different mammals, 4500 amphibians, 24500 fishes, 1.1 million arthopods, 260000 plants are in the records.

When you come in the chemistry, in the study of composition and combinations of different elements and compounds of different substances, our assumptions are simplified to convince easier ,there are regularities, uniformities; two atoms of same element are equal in all in measurements and atoms of different atoms are different, according to Dalton Atomic theory.

Now, in the present atom, the parity is doubtful, the question of spin is to view drawbacks, there arises the question of ambiguity of equality, say, regularities. So, regularities swerve better to, say , irregularities, different from regularities. Then the whole universe would be in the doom of partialities and differentialities. It is of different substances, different events, say of different phenomena of irregularities.

2. Limitations of our observers in and around the environment:

Dignified observers attempt to satisfy themselves, with the imagination that the universe is spherical; beyond it, human brain might not work for all time as we are nothing but a limit having its limits in all respects of life in every way of doing in growth, in eating, drinking, playing, enjoying, seeing, in thinking, in whatever, we are destined in involving in physical and mental deeds.

That is, obviously right; that everything he uses his senses is a limit; our limlt is a sub-limit of universal limit, indeed; we are so poorly limited that two points can not be equally observed, whatever, very close to each other; two sense organs can never be applied to get the same attention and concentration

Now, we look forwards and turn towards for self relaxation and contention for some stages to appreciate, the laws of conservation, somewhere, laws of variation in small ranges, somewhere finding the conservation validity to be conditional and in partial stages. Then by culturing such limited platitude, the principle of uncertainities, the principle of complementary special theory of relativity, etc. are put in reconciliation with new ideas after the era of divisibility of atom.

3. Partial and conditional relations :

Man can approach by dint of his persistent efforts anf works for many decades to the stage of micro nuclear region with more revolutionary ideas, this is our fortune to reach at a part of some invisible internal part.By nature, we are destined to the visible part but not to the most of the invisible part of the procyclic change of a thing under some unknown unified force extended in Nature.

Updating to this stage, we are familiar with gravitational force , electrostatic force, nuclear force, so, accessible to see and do materialistically for the part without bothering about the invisible part, reactions and processes. Obviously, we conclude most of our statements are not complete but, they are valid for particular stage or situation; their failures are in the other stages. Our observers are cautious to our understanding to the enviroment influence relation.

It is evident that from the Newtonian mass and energy to the nuclear mass and energy, there are different relations with the change in situation and condition or stage. Our observers are familiar with the concepts and relations and their formulation or derivations Of the following

For Newtonian mass, F= ma

For gravitational mass, F= GMmr
and then K.E. = mv
and P.E.= mgh. (Mechanical Energy)

Electrstatic force E =K Qq
and capacitance energy, CE = cv

Electreical energy = vit = v q
where q is related to mass

Heat energy H= mst

Energy of electron E = km/n

Electromagnetic energy E = hv
where photon is an elementary particle, v is related to mass.

Einstein's mass-energy, E = mc2 and

Energy in the nucleus = exchange of nucleons with release of some particles

The observers are going farther in the stage of discovering particles ,alpha, beta, gamma, pion, meson, lepton, neutrino, positron,,muon and searching more and more.

From the above observations, it is appropriate to conclude for different stages, different statements, observations, principles, laws have been proposed and they are justified for their part/region, they can not be applied to the other parts. Now, all laws are partial and conditional.

The change of things occurs observably from union or creation to death or decay with further invisible internal change, this strange process requires still changing energy in some unfied field of NATURE, which is a complex, more than those forces in our knowledge and understanding.

4. Massener and its partiality : maintaining the universe.

Suppose, a unified force is pervading the universe, permitting other ones under itself favourable in their stages, and conditions, impressing the change of the universe with partiality of all things ;,all events happen only when they are given environment permit.. With selection of sets of subsets.,different forces are required to do different works in different stages.

The change between mass and energy is very interesting and reversible under the unified force; energy does not exist itself, it will associate with mass; mass can not exist without energy; inside the mass, energy is there; outside also, energy surrounds mass;energy associates with mass so closely that they represent one quantity, better to assign to them massener in the peculiar form as In the massener universe, there may be a number of sets, subsets, other masseners on the acceptance of the former massener. The massener extends throughout the universe and plays an important role to maintain the change of the universe.

Conclusion:

That all physical laws are partial and conditional with effect to its surroundings and their accepted forms would deserve to be partially innovated if the massener becomes a new physical complex quantity.

That under the partiality of the massener, there is no emptiness in anything and anywhere in the universe.
