Now day's men have forgotten the benefit of bicycling. Bicycle helps men in different ways for example like physical fitness as well as mental fitness. To summarises, cycling is good for your overall health.

Reduces weight when done regularly: Cycling increases Calorie consumption and raises the metabolic rate, which can help to lose weight. Improves control of blood pressure by 10/8 mmHg in patients with hyper tension (Journal of Cardiovascular Pharmacology, 1995).

Lowers resting heart rate : A high resting heart rate has been linked to increased death from cardiovascular disease and increased risk of sudden death after a heart attack in healthy individuals. Improves HDL (good)/ LDL (bad) cholesterol ratio. If the ratio of LDL to HDL is too high, that means your blood is being loaded with cholesterol faster than the HDL cholesterol can remove it, which means excess cholesterol is building up inside the tissues and arteries. Eventually hardening of the arteries (atherosclerosis), which causes most heart attacks, takes place.

Prevents heart disease : Regular cycling halves the chance of suffering from heart disease, one of the top 3 killer diseases in Malaysia. A study reported a 50% reduction in fatal and non-fatal heart disease in civil servants who cycled over 20 miles/week.

Benefits cardiovascular health : Cycling also reduces the risk of stroke (a major killer in Malaysia) and coronary hear t disease. In a study, regular exercise on a static cycle machine in patients with heart failure improves cardiac function (Lancet,1990).

Reduces diabetes : Exercise has been to shown to lead to reduction in the r ate of diabetes mellitus. In patients with diabetes mellitus, regular exercise leads to an improvement in control of blood sugar and can help to prevent the onset of Type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Reduces cancer : Physical activity has been shown to be associated with r educed rates of cancer (e.g.: bowel cancer , and possibly also breast cancer ) (European Journal of Epidemiology, 2000). Reduces cholecystectomy (surgical removal of the gallbladder ) rates in women (New England Journal of Medicine, 1999).

Benefits pregnancy : Cycling when pregnant improves cardiovascular fitness. And regular exercise may ease childbirth (Bicycling, June 1988). Reduces anxiety, depression and stress (Preventive Medicine, 1988). Trains respiratory muscles (Report of the Royal College of Physicians, London; 1991).

Improves muscle strength : Cycling is a non-weight bearing activity and regular cycling leads to improved muscle strength and improved mobility and coordination (Allot &Lomax and the Policy Studies Institute, 1998).

In the first part we have know the health benefit of bicycling and the second part is summary of "benefit of bicycling"

Bicycling has several advantages over other exercises cycling exercises the heart better than walking without the pounding of jogging. One can ride a bicycle almost anywhere, at any time of the year, and at low cost. Little or no time has to be lost, as bike travel can be used to get to work, perform errands, or enjoy the outdoors.

Commuting by bike reduces pollution that causes asthma and bronchitis. A commuting cyclist is also less exposed to air pollution than a commuting motorist.

On the down side, cycling does involve some risk of injury which has been greatly exaggerated by fear mongers. Cycling actually has similar risks to traveling by automobile.

The British Medical Association has estimated that the health benefits of cycling outweigh the risks by twenty to one. One very interesting question is how much aerobic exercise should one get every day?

Some medical authorities recommend as little as 20 minutes a day, three times a week, while others recommend 2,000 kCal, which would be at least four times that amount. Why the great difference? Well, most authorities recognize the more exercise the better up to some undetermined point, but many are afraid that if they expect too much, people won't exercise at all.

Another reason for lowering the recommendation was due to the damage caused by jogging, a problem cycling does not share. I am afraid that those setting very low requirements are giving people the mistaken impression that they don't need any more exercise than their usual, basically sedentary activity.

How much exercise do I recommend? I find that 45 minutes of cycling six days a week (about 2,000 kCal) keeps me feeling good, but not great, two hours per day keeps me very strong and controls my weight, and six hours a day on my bicycle trips makes me feel like superman after several weeks.

We might say that lower amounts of exercise improve one's health and higher amounts improve one's fitness. I would recommend a minimum of 45 minutes a day and as much addition cycling as time permits. The time spent cycling will not be wasted; in addition to having a good ride, the cyclist will be more productive during the remaining time and will live longer as well.

In the previous we have known how men are getting benefit from simply bicycling. In this last part we have to know the different part of the bicycle helps us in different ways.

First of all is the "seat saddle" we have all known that seat or saddle of the bicycle "it makes us happy" because bicycle saddle is so much comfortable to seat and ride as compare to automobile vehicle seat.

Second one is the "Handle Bar" it tell us "to stop for going to gym" as it makes us muscle in our body because when we go to gym we waste our time and money.

Third one is the "Basket" the basket help us to carry "books, food, flowers" etc. because basket serve as the life saver of man.

In fourth is the "carrier" as it helps us to carry our "bags" because when we go for a long drive we have carries our necessary belonging for the trip.

The fifth one is the "seat tube" n "seat stays" it helps us to say no to car tax on road and insurance because by using cycle it help us to free from tax and insurance about the cycle.

The sixth one is the "rear derailleur" it helps us to make us "sing" because it helps us to sing a song as bicycling makes one healthy throat.

The seven one is the "chain stay" as it help us to "save money from fuel" because bicycling help us to save our pocket for petrol and generally in Manipur we don't have to waste our time for long queue for a few litre of petrol.

The eight one is the "paddle" it help us to give "leg of steel" because paddle is considered to be the cat and dog of the bicycle as it give us to leg of steel for ride.

And the last one is the "tire" it helps in many ways because it plays an important role of the bicycle as it is considered to be "knife of beauty".

It helps us free from parking, as bicycle has the capacity to park anywhere in the park, road etc. it reduces almost zero carbon emission therefore it play an important role in environment in many ways.

And lastly it reduces the stress of the men.
