WHY DO WE NEED ARCHITECTS ?

When we get pain, we need doctor to make our body keep healty. When your car get damage on machine you need a mechanic to fix it. When you want to make a building you need an architect to design it. So, why do we need Architects as well . . . Sometime people think that to hire an architect need extra money to spend it out.

People have opinion that when they use architects, they will have incure expensive price to build.

WHY DO WE NEED ARCHITECTS ?

Architect has already good knowladge from their education and architects already have 'trick or tips' to design and produce a good looking building based on what the owner needed. Architects already have done the drawing and they can explain why the design look like this or why the design look like that.

Not all architects require expensive price tag to design; there are some architects who only charge you based on your budget as well. Just tell an architect how much your budget is , and let the architect think about that.

Architect will design and produce a building based on your budget, the architect has a limit to produce the material required for that building. Architect will take care of the headache of building, so let the architect explain to you about the design and about the building cost as well.

WHAT IS ARCHITECTS DO

Architect will do :

1. Check your land as well.
2. Design based on your idea and translate it into the drawing.
3. Discuss with you about the design and produce the 3D Image
4. Make real cost for the building construction
5. Supervising all the construction progress

1. The Architect portfolio, please check the project that architect has made.
2. The Architect background, please check the architect education as well.
3. The Architect fee, please check and fix with your budget to plan and design.
4. The Architect idealism, Can architect translate your idea into the drawing, if not please do not choose it. Because some architect has own idealism.
5. The architect should be co-operative with your idea as well.
