No. 4/28/2020-Dc/CCP: Whereas, a report has been received from Superintendent of Police, Churachandpur that there is breach of peace, disturbance to public tranquility and grave danger to human lives and properties within the revenue jurisdiction of Churachandpur District.

Whereas, it is desirable that any breach of peace and disturbance to public tranquillity and danger to human lives and properties should be immediately prevented. Whereas, it is considered that movement of any person outside their residences is considered likely to cause a breach of peace, disturbance to public tranquillity and grave danger to human lives and properties.

Now, therefore, I, Sharath Chandra Aroju, IAS, District Magistrate, Churachandpur, Manipur in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section 2 of Section 144 of Cr. PC. 1973, do hereby imposed TOTAL PUBLIC CURFEW PROHIBITING THE MOVEMENT OF ANY PERSON outside their respective residences, with immediate effect and until further orders in the following scheduled areas:

Whole areas under the revenue jurisdiction of Churachandpur district particularly
Kangvai, Tuibong and Churachandpur sub-divisions.
This order is directed to the public in general and as the circumstances do not permit of the serving in due time of a notice upon the person against whom the order is directed, this order is passed ex-parte.

This order does not apply to the agencies of the Government involved in the enforcement of law and order and maintenance of essential services.

Whereas, police report has been laid before me vide letter No. 6/14/SP-IW/2023/2455 dated 3"' May, 2023 of Superintendent of Police, Imphal West District that there is likelihood of imminent danger to human lives and properties that will ultimately result into breach of peace and public tranquility or a riot, or an affray in the area which is described in the schedule given below, because of the unlawful activities of some anti-social elements for furtherance of their evil designs;

Whereas, such disturbances may result in serious breach of peace, public tranquility and danger to human lives and properties;

Whereas, there is emergency and circumstances do not permit serving due notice upon the public, this order is passed ex-pa rte under Sub-section 2 of Section 144 of Cr.P.C. 1973 and is directed to the public in general.

Now, therefore, I , Th. Kirankumar, District Magistrate, Imphal West District, Manipur, in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section 2 of Section 144 of Cr.P.C. 1973 do hereby prohibit the movement of any person outside their respective residences from 19:00 hours of 3rd May, 2023 until further orders.

This order shall not apply to the Government agencies involved in the enforcement of law and order and other essential services.

In case of emergencies and for persons who want to take out procession for marriage, funeral etc. within the scheduled area, application(s) may be made to the undersigned or to the Superintendent of Police, Imphal West for permission and they shall not take out procession until the written permission is obtained from authorities.

The whole area situated within Revenue District of Imphal West, Manipur.

NO. 4/ DC/ PZL-L&0/2018: Whereas, the Superintendent of Police, Pherzawl District has reported that there is likelihood of imminent danger to human lives and property that will resuft in breach of peace and public tranquility or a riot, or an affray in the area which is described in the schedule given below;

Whereas, the circumstances do not permit serving due notice upon the public at the present time, this order is passed ex-parte under Sub-section 2 of Section 144 of Cr.P.C. 1973 and is directed to the public in general;

Now, therefore, I, Haulianlal Guite, District Magistrate, Pherzawl District, Manipur, in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-section 2 of Section 144 of Cr.P.C. 1973 do hereby imposed TOTAL PUBLIC CURFEW PROHIBITING THE MOVEMENT OF ANY PERSON OUTSIDE THEIR RESPECTIVE RESIDENCES from 1900 hours of 3rd May, 2023 until further orders in the following scheduled area:

The whole area situated within the Revenue District of Pherzawi District, Manipur.

This order shall not apply to the Government agencies involved in the enforcement of law and order, and other essential services; In case of emergencies and for persons who want to take out procession for marriage, funeral etc. within the scheduled area, applications may be made to the undersigned or to the Superintendent of Police, Pherzawl for permission, and they shall not take out procession until the written permission is obtained from the said authorities.
