Imphal, September 29 2010: Saikul Block Congress Committee organised a reception function for the newly elected ADC members of Saikul Block at BCC office, Hoi Inn, Sanjenthong yesterday.

Interaction and sharing of political views among ADC members and BCC members was the main agenda of the function in which former Minister C Doungel was the chief guest.

Apart from welcoming and congratulating the newly elected ADC members, the BCC congratulated Gaikhangam in his re-election as MPCC President.
