It is an unwritten rule that "A Manipuri get-together cannot be called 'complete' without a Thabal Chongba". This year convention theme was based on Yaoshang festival.
NAMA (North American Manipur Association) convention was held on 3 days from July 2nd - July 4th 2005 at Bethesda, Maryland.
