Friendly Football match between Manipur Civil Services (MCS) v/s Manipur Police Service (MPS) played at Khuman Lampak Main Stadium on 9th February 2013.
Chief Secretary, Government of Manipur DS Poonia and Director General of Police, Manipur, Y Joykumar attended at the football match. The result : MPS defeated MCS.
