Manipuri cyclist Sougaijam Bidyalakshmi Leima from Jiribam sub-division begin her cycling tour in the national capital to spread the message of stopping racial attack on North East people particularly the students community. Sougaijam Bidyalakshmi was flagged off from Manipur Press Club, Imphal on 6th March 2014 and will end at New Delhi on March 12 2014.
