Showcasing "weaving da designs" of Robert Naorem representing Manipur for the Ministry of Textile Govt of India Show in Saket New Delhi . The Show was organised by NEIFT with coloboration from Ministry of Home Affairs and Ministry of Textile Govt Of India .
The show was also supported by Air India . The event held for 2 days fron 4th and 5th December 2015 in Delhi in Saket DLF.
The show was titled 'celebrating Northeast bring together the 8 states of North East Culture & Textile on one platform' .
Each designers were sponsored by the ministry for the show from each Northeast States .
Robert Naorem being the representative of the Manipur showcase his designs weaves by our women weavers of the state . The collection "weaving da design" has silk phi and Wangkhei phi and ethnic designs and colour of different pallets showcase the collection given a tribute to the weavers .
The chief guest included Santosh Ganwar , Ministry of Textile , Kiran Rijiju and other important dignitaries. With presence of the guest, Robert Naorem's collection closed the show as finale of the day 1 of the event " celebrating northeast' .
