Over one lakh people (participated from both the hills and valley) took out a mammoth rally from Tiddim Ground to THAU Ground, Imphal on October 31st 2026, calling for an end to the Government of India's alleged proxy war in Manipur.
The rally held under the banner "Mass Uprising Against Govt of India's Proxy War in Manipur" was jointly organised by the Coordinating Committee on Manipur Integrity (COCOMI), Joint Tribes Council (JTC), Foothills Naga Coordination Committee (FNCC), Naga People Union Imphal (NPUI), Naga Humanitarian Aid Committee Manipur (NHACM) and Manipur Naga Youth Organisation (MNYO), and it was endorsed by the United Naga Council (UNC) .
