Manipuri cyclist Sougaijam Bidyalakshmi Leima (At Red Fort with Abita) from Jiribam sub-division cycling tour to Delhi concluded successfully.
The tour is to spread the message of stopping racial attack on North East people particularly the students community. Sougaijam Bidyalakshmi was flagged off from Manipur Press Club, Imphal on 6th March 2014.
