Many Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and Students� body of Manipur submitted a memorandum to Manipur Governor V.K. Duggal in connection with the recent crimes committed against people from North Eastern States of the country in the capital city. Large number of students, women folks and human right activists marched towards the Raj Bhavan to submit memorandum after staging sit-in-protests at GP Women's College and Uripok on 11 february 2014.
