A blast triggered by unidentified armed miscreants at Kalibari area of Thangal Bazar , at the heart of Imphal City at around 7.20 pm on November 2 2013
No one was hurt in the blast, However, a Maruti Van , a large number of hand-carts (Thelagaris) and a portion of a building suffered damage partially due to the impact of the blast.
