Amid tight security measures, Families Committee for Observation (FACEO) observed 13th April by offering floral tribute to the departed souls of the proscribed People's Liberation Army (PLA) at the Cheiraoching Martyrs Memorial Park, Chingmeirong on 13th April 2011.
