"School exempted from bandh". 24 hours General Strike called by the people of Manipur asking the India Govt to tender apology to the people. The general strike was called by the Co-ordinating Committee against the conspiracy to exclude Monika from Beijing by Govt of India. People blocked the road and burn down the tyre on the road.
