At least 3 persons were reportedly killed, while nine others are critically injured in a bomb blast at Imphal Allu Galli area at around 6:10 PM IST � 11 March 2015. The blast took place near a dustbin, which was located very close to a tea vendor at the temporary market shed area of Allu Galli
