Imphal East Narcotic Cell seized ten bags of Spasmo Proxyvon (SP) from Imphal Post Office on 30th October 2014. The illegal narcotic drugs is worth about 20 lakh and were mailed by parcel-post to eight consignees in Imphal from New Delhi and Kolkata
