Hongman Khongbal is a village of the Tangkhul community in Senapati district of Manipur. The village lies on the foothill bordering Nongsum village of Imphal East district in Khundrakpam Constituency.
Hongman Khongbal is a clean and beautiful village. The village is about 25 kilometres from Imphal and can be reach after going through Sawombung, Keibi before crossing Iril river and via Pundongbam to Dolaithabi Road and passing through Taretkhul, Lamboikhul and Uyumpok villages which are of Meitei Community.
