Ningel - Natural salt factory : Salt is manufactured in the form of beautiful cakes and they are considered to have good medicinal property.
These salt cakes are used in ceremonial purposes also. Important places where brine springs are found are Waikhong, Sikhong, Chandrakhong, Ningel etc.
