Ningol Chakouba Celebration on Saturday, the 25th day of October, 2014 at Manarjit Residence at Mumbai
"This was the third time it was celebrated successfully by Manipur Kanglasha Team Mumbai (Manipuri settled at Navi Mumbai) on Saturday, the 25 day of October, 2014 at Mr. Manarjit Residence.
It was a day filled with fun, frolic and excitement. In fact the excitement began with Diwali celebration at Mr Harish R Residency much before the grand day.
There were around seven family members who gathered for the event. Everyone was very excited to see each other in such a large number in the best of their traditional dresses. Married women wore 'Mapan Naiba Phanek', men were in 'Pheijom' and kids wore their best dresses as well".
The biggest festival of Manipur is Ningol Chakkouba every year (Hiyanggei gi 2 nini panba) is celebrated on October 25 2014.
