The post harvest festival of the Chin-Kuki-Mizos "Kut" Block Level Kut Festival celebrated at Saikul on 28th October 2013
The celebration was graced by Kuki Inpi Manipur president Thangkhosei Haokip, Singhat A/C MLA Ginsuanhao Zou and Saikul A/C MLA Yamthong Haokip as presidium members
