Chavang Kut at Chandel - Naturing the legacy of our forfather :: The biggest and premiere, post harvest festival of the Kuki-Chin-Mizo communities of the state, was celebrated on November 1 2018 at Sugnu Lamkhang Village in Chandel District
Chavang Kut marks the ending of the harvest season. It is also a thanksgiving ceremony and prayers are offered for a bountiful harvest season and prosperity of the people.
