Action for women & Rural Development (AWARD), Manipur organised Seminar on World Environment Day 2011, Environment photo Exhibition by Jinendra Maibam photojournalist of Imphal Free Press, REUTER, E-pao.net, Picturestock of USA and shot India. The said exhibition was held at Manipur State Art Gallery Palace Compound Imphal on 5th June 2011.
A total of 45 pictures were exhibited.
The chief guest of the function, Shri Ratan Luwangcha Freelance photojournalist handed the "Environment Photo Award 2010-2011" to Jinendra Maibam photojournalist of Imphal Free Press, REUTER, E-pao.net, Picturestock of USA and shot India. Certificate with cash of Rs. 5,000/-.
