Images of Manipur (a registered photography body) celebrated their 3rd Foundation Day with launching of 'Manipur Photo News Agency (MPNA)' on 21 August 2013 at Manipur Press Club, Majorkhul.
In the function, Khumukcham Joykisan Singh (MLA ) as chief guest, Wangkhemcha Shamjai (President All Manipur Working Journalists Union (AMWJU)) as president of the function and the guests of honour are Ratan Luwangcha - Treasurer MAPC, Hijam Nutanchandra Singh councillor IMC ward no. 3 and Colonel Huidrom Dhanajit Singh Commandant 6th AR Moirang
