29th International AIDS Candlelight Memorial day observed by MNP+ under the banner "Promoting Health and Dignity together" at MDU Hall Yaiskul, Imphal on May 20 2012.

MNP+ founded by 5 Drug users under the banner of "care and support" has around 2000 members across different districts of Manipur with the motto "prevention, intervention, care and support" of PLHA (People living with HIV and AIDS)
