The annual seed sowing festival 'Ringui Luira Phanit' which was organised by To-ngou (Ringui) village in Ukhrul district was kick off from 10th March, 2015 at Tongou Village High School Ground.
Atem A Shimray announced that seed sowing for the coming season can be started. While Luira Phanit Memorial Stone was unveiled by Programme Executive of DDK Imphal, Assurance Raikhan; Presentation of dances like War Dance, Choreography, Folkdance, Tarung Khangava was the main attraction of the festival.
