The 5th 'Pukpha Festival' celebrated on 2nd August 2017 at Tamenglong District HQ, (Sheikinuh Inn) with Dr. K. Sushila Devi (Director, Art and Culture, Manipur) as the Chief Guest.
The festival(Pukpha Ngai) signified the new harvest of Zeliangrongpui People re-counting the bountiful blessing by the Almighty have bestowed upon his people
