Langban Lam - Haiba : Villagers of Andro of Manipur's Imphal East district have a unique traditional ritual of inviting ancestors' souls and offer them food, flowers and fruits as an annual observation.
The offering is made paying tribute to the ancestral heavenly souls. The ritual is practiced on the first Sunday of the traditional month of Langban every year.
