The parallel festival of Bharat Rang Mahotsav, International Theatre Festival of India was inaugurated on January 09 2014 at The Shrine Playhouse of Chorus Prefecture, Shamushang Uku, Kangchup Road.
The 6-day long Manipur part of the festival kicked-off with a play from Israel entitled "The Woman Who Didn't Want to Down to Earth" presented by the group Gabrielle Neuhaus Physical Theatre, Tel Aviv, Israel.
