Imphal, June 23 2009: Students of Heirok Assembly Constituency who secured highest marks in the HSLC and HS examination, 2009 conducted respectively by the Board of Secondary Education, Manipur and the Council of Higher Secondary Education, Manipur have been honoured with 3rd Itocha Memorial Award during a function organised by Social Cultural Educational and Sports Development Organisation, Heirok at Heirok Par-II Bazar today.

Local MLA Okendro and Managing Director of Shija Hospitals Dr Kh Palin were chief guest and president of the function which was also attended by Pradhan of Heirok Part-I Gram Panchayat M Rajmani and social worker T Nungsi as guests of honour.

In all 26 meritorious students were felicitated at the occasion.
