Imphal, January 23: In view of the forthcoming Lui-Ngai-Ni, 2008 celebration which would take place at Chandel district headquarters, Naga Students' Union, Chandel has appealed to Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) to ensure regular mobile phone service in the interest of the people.

In the failure to do so, the student body said it would not tolerate and even go to the extent of shutting down he BSNL office.
