Imphal, November 05 2009: Taking serious note of the inability to trace the whereabouts of Advocate Manoharmayum Ibotombi till today, the High Court Bar Association, Manipur and the All Manipur Bar Association have appealed to all concerned to release Ibotombi on humanitarian ground at the earliest if any individual or organisation is detaining him.

Ibotombi went missing since October 25 after he went out to repair a vehicle, said a joint press release.
